She had bacteria in her stomach and her dctr told her to go to the emergency room. They released her on meds late last night. Thanks for asking.

Well, getting back on the horse today proved tough. My body on the diet has a very definition of hungry and full than my body while eating whatever it wants does, so switching back to that mindset was not easy. I kept to the diet and actually ate less than my allotted amount today, but that came from effort as opposed to lack of desire to eat more. I do have a date night in with my wife tonight. Hopefully, this one will be pleasant. I'll be drinking some ginger beer and might allow myself to snack on raw cashews and baby carrots. We'll see.

Checked the scale tonight and found myself at a whopping 254 lbs. And I was hungry! So I went the nuclear option -- big ol' clove of garlic to upset my stomach and kill the hunger.
Let's hope my numbers are better tomorrow morning...

Checked the scale tonight and found myself at a whopping 254 lbs. And I was hungry! So I went the nuclear option -- big ol' clove of garlic to upset my stomach and kill the hunger. Let's hope my numbers are better tomorrow morning... ha, you're stalking the scale. I do the same when I get home from work.

This is Day 15
Start date: 5-27-15 My starting weight: 218 lbs My goal: 180 lbs Today's weigh in: 208 ( -3 from yesterday, -10 overall)
Yesterdays food:
10am 3 apples
3pm chicken , fish sandwich, w Whooper Jr. all with out the bread.
645pm 4 tangerines
Review of the day:
I broke on through to the other side.( with apologies to the Doors). I Dropped 3 pounds , although I suspect i was less all along but holding onto junk and water from the bad eating. I had to eat as little as I did to show the body who’s in charge. I plan to finish strong from now on with a small meal at night.

I took a few pictures of the buns that I didn't eat yesterday. When I picked up those buns, they weighed about 1 1/2- 2 pounds.

(-3.5 lb from yesterday, -16 lbs overall). I'm really really surprised to be this low today. I thought it would take at least another day to get all that garbage out of my system from the golf outing and start losing again. Garlic, I love you. Here's where I was one week ago today: Day 17My starting weight: 265 lbs My ideal weight for my height: 185 lbs My goal: 220 lbs by August (15 lbs per month for three months) Today's weigh in: 253.5 lbs (+1.5 since yesterday; -11.5 lbs overall) Well that sucks. No way a hot dog bun did that. Just weight fluctuation, I guess, but it's very disheartening after all I went through yesterday. If I'd eaten Chipotle for lunch, I'd weigh just as much but not be sick right now. Stay the course. Stay the course. My plan for today: Breakfast: 1 serving of all-natural vanilla yogurt. Multivitamin and Calcium/Magnesium supplement. Lunch: Gotta take a break from the stew after yesterday. I don't have much else on hand, but there might be a veggie burger in the freezer. I can slap that on a bun and bring it to school. Throughout the day snack: Half a serving of dry Frosted Mini-Wheats (for iron and fiber) Dinner: Two chicken breasts marinated in no more than two tablespoons of soy sauce, and with cumin to taste Other snacks (if needed): raw unsalted cashews, baby carrots, sliced pineapple Between sickness and weight gain, morale is a lot lower today. Hope I have the strength to stay good. Morale has been A LOT higher ever since. plan for today: Breakfast: Yogurt w/ banana, vitamin supplements lunch: cheese sandwich throughout day snack: half serving of frosted mini wheats dinner: unbreaded chicken tenders in soy sauce and cumin. Spinach desert: pineapple slices, baby carrots Yesterday, I only took in around 800 calories. Today, I'll do 1100.

Awesome shax. I don't know if the calories you're taking in are too low, but I guess you are monitoring how you feel. You are in the zone,dude.

You are in the zone,dude. 1100 is comfortable for me when I do it correctly (spreading it out across the day instead of eating heavy at one time). The 800 yesterday was to help get rid of all I'd taken in from the golf outing. Basically, I just skipped breakfast. Thanks, man.
