^^^ Interesting Notes ... Shaxper! Happy to send my spreadsheet template along to anyone who would like to see it! Thanks for the offer, but I run a Club of over 200 members and I done enough record keeping in my life and then some. Your way of doing things works really well and thanks for sharing that.

ok. .
started back on plan on 4/1 at 218 1st check in was on 4/14 and came in at 211.6
2nd check in was this morning, and stayed on track - even with a large Passover meal on Friday night at the Seder (yes, including deserts).
but I kept up with my daily walking, and weighed in 4/22 at 208.
so down 10lbs total in 3 weeks.

Day 8
4/13: 278 lbs, 50.0" diameter 4/15: 277 lbs, 51.5" diameter 4/16: 273 lbs, 50.5" diameter 4/17: 270 lbs, 49.5" diameter 4/18: 271 lbs, 50.0" diameter 4/19: 268 lbs, 48.5" diameter 4/20: 267.5 lbs, 49.0" diameter 4/21 270.5 lbs, 50" diameter 4/22 268 lbs, 51" diameter
Well I'm still coming back from the holiday weekend and four separate instances of being placed in eating situations that were not the norm, but I'm moving in the right direction, and I'm still 10 lbs down from where I started.

Day 9
4/13: 278 lbs, 50.0" diameter 4/15: 277 lbs, 51.5" diameter 4/16: 273 lbs, 50.5" diameter 4/17: 270 lbs, 49.5" diameter 4/18: 271 lbs, 50.0" diameter 4/19: 268 lbs, 48.5" diameter 4/20: 267.5 lbs, 49.0" diameter 4/21 270.5 lbs, 50" diameter 4/22 268 lbs, 51" diameter 4/23 267 lbs, 49" diameter
Some noticeable progress today. I'm at my lowest for weight and close to my lowest for diameter. The weekend setbacks are now well behind me, and I'm ready to lose some more!
Edit: Just checked how I was doing four years ago on Day 9. At that point, I'd lost seven pounds. And here I am down 11 lbs this time around! I truly believe I can pass myself from four years ago and end up lower, even though I am starting 13 lbs higher.

That's awesome progress, Shax. I weighed in at 202.2 this morning. I haven't done anything special other than staying away from sugar, especially in beverages.

Day 10
4/13: 278 lbs, 50.0" diameter 4/15: 277 lbs, 51.5" diameter 4/16: 273 lbs, 50.5" diameter 4/17: 270 lbs, 49.5" diameter 4/18: 271 lbs, 50.0" diameter 4/19: 268 lbs, 48.5" diameter 4/20: 267.5 lbs, 49.0" diameter 4/21 270.5 lbs, 50" diameter 4/22 268 lbs, 51" diameter 4/23 267 lbs, 49" diameter 4/24 265.5 lbs, 48" diameter
I should be celebrating right now. 265 was the first target I had in my head when I began this, and it should be exciting to be within half a pound of reaching it, but, after eight days of feeling GREAT on this diet, loving my food, feeling totally satisfied, and feeling like I could keep this up forever (only with slightly looser guidelines once I hit ideal weight), I am ravenous for sugar and carbs tonight. I guess all this time taking in so little of them is taking its toll. My brain says to hold tight and fight it, or try to find a healthy way to appease this, but there is leftover mac n cheese in the fridge that I just might let myself annihilate tonight. It's only one portion.
So I'm going to be a little bad.
Glad I weighed myself first.

Okay, I ate it. Totally inhaled it. And it felt GREAT. Amazingly enough, I'm now totally satisfied again. That was all I needed!

You are unconventional weighing in at night, but whatever works.

Weird. Just weighed myself again, and I'm now 264 lbs. Keep in mind, I weigh myself five times to make sure it's no accident or error.
So, 2 hours after gorging a serving of mac n cheese, I have lost a pound and a half? I definitely used the restroom a lot, but I really didn't expect this!
Passed the 265 mark. I have reached a major milestone in my weight loss when I least expected to.

Passed the 265 mark. I have reached a major milestone in my weight loss when I least expected to. Very good, Shax! ... I'm around 250 right now and I'll weigh myself this Friday to see where I'm at right at this point of time. I'm leaving to London on the 30th and coming back home on the 10th of May. My goal is to get to 240-245 on the 30th. I'm still eating 4 meals a day and eating around 1100 calories per day ... give or take a 50-100 calories. I eat variety of meats, Chicken, Ham, Pork, Beef, Salmon, Halibut, and lots of Turkey ... mainly Dark and eating fruits and vegetables.
