Whew! I'm down further to 198.8. I'm Under 200 once again and plan to keep it that way. I have a vacation coming in May with inlaws and I want to be at 180.

I think we're all pretty much in the same boat here - we've put on winter weight, we're struggling to maintain - but the really important thing is not to give up and let the eating get out of control. I've eaten myself back up to 220 from 185 and I really, really don't intend to do it again - and I recognise that I'm fighting the mindset of disillusionment at already having given so much weight back, that it's hard to buckle down and lost it again.
But... we've done it once, and we can and will do it again!

I'm at 243 pounds and finally got to my gym this morning for a half mile swim and did a mile on a stationary bike as well. I'm determined to get down to 220 by Summer.

Late posting (again), but despite struggles this week, for the most part I've managed to stick to my healthier foods. and I DID stick to my exercise, still doing every day, at least for a few more days so I'll finish off Feb exercising almost every day for about an hour.
as noted, some struggles, and some poor choices to start out the week (that burger I mentioned last Sunday). . but I went out dancing on Sat night (after doing a 1 1/2 hour walk just in case I wasn't feeling the music). . ended up not being an issue as the music at Retro-Rage was great, and I danced for a little over 3 1/2 hours non-stop.
when I weighed myself Sunday morning, I was at 187.8 lbs
so only down 2.4lbs in the past two weeks, but at least trending in the direction I want to go in. . AND I'm back below 190! (which is the first time since mid last year).
so only ~13 lbs higher than the lowest I've gotten to, but more importantly, only 8 lbs away from the goal weight I want to maintain, 180.
So I'm in a great mood, and proud of myself. . now just need to keep it up.

Keep it going bert. I'm struggling trying to keep myself under 200. thanks. I wish I was moving the scale a *little* better. . I've really slowed down, and the temptation to "cheat" seems to always be there nowadays. guess I'm still mourning both Mom and Roxxi.. but I'm trying. . . and at least keeping up with my walking. I started doing sit ups (started at 10 a day for 2 weeks, now up to 25 a day). . I actually am seeing a small difference, with less belly overhang. So trying to keep that up too.

I'm encouraged today. I lost 5 pounds in the last 2 days and am down from 203.2 to 198. I had to fight the temptation to have some PB and J sandwiches last night. I still have some sliced bread and I hate wasting food, but I'll have to let it spoil. I'm cooking in the morning and prepping some things the night before and That's helping.

I weighed myself yesterday morning, and once again, lost nothing this week -- *exactly* the same as last week: 187.8I know, I know, maintaining is not gaining. . but still a little frustrating, as I continued to exercise every day thru last week I guess my metabolism is just really slowing down now that I've hit 50. we spent the day today at Fiesta, Texas, so didn't get to exercise today. We did do a lot of walking, but not consistently enough to consider it exercise. it was also a "cheat day". . as for lunch I had Bacon-Ranch-footlong with cheese tots (drank water with it tho, so could have been worse), and for the "snack" we get at Six Flags on the dining plan, i had a Johnny Rockets chocolate shake. So yeah, really wansn't that great, but back on healthy eating for dinner - large salad with chicken for protein.

You didn't gain after some chocolate shakes? That's a win, man. I had a bad weekend so I'm going to weigh in maybe tomorrow to see if I can lose the water gain.

I'm seriously going to a fat removal specialist - SonoBello to remove 20 pounds of fat in my stomach area and going through NutriSystem Diet Program to remove another 15 pounds so I can get down to 190-210 range. And, thinking about starting in Late March and my Doctor is suggesting it.

199.8 this morning. I'm really struggling and am looking at my last years start date (April 18th 2017) when I was 217.8 as a warning no to go up any further. This morning I am cooking chicken in the severn to take to work with me. I've been making too many visits to Burger King in the last 3 weeks. There I said it.
