The new “acting” Chief of Staff is the Uriah Heep of the Individual-1” administration, Mike Mulvaney.
sent out late Friday announcement to try and change the weekend news-cycle.
and it didn't work. . so suddenly, Texas Judge rules (after hours) to say Affordable Care Act is unconstitutional.
the reek of crap from the GOP is strong in this.
so I'm gonna keep talking about what a criminal our President is.

Some Republicans Group -- Saw the Newspaper Headlines and I don't want to debate this - but they are declaring that Obamacare is ruled Unconstitutional. I'm just reporting it today and that's pretty much it.

the Supreme Court has ruled (twice) that Affordable Care Act is legal. in other words, there's precedent. No way this new Judge's ruling will stand up to Appeal.
edit to point out: the 5/4 majority that ruled in favor of ACA is *still* in the SCOTUS. . . ie: the two Conservative Judges whom have been appointed? replaced two who were part of the "4" Minority in the rulings.

the Supreme Court has ruled (twice) that Affordable Care Act is legal. in other words, there's precedent. No way this new Judge's ruling will stand up to Appeal. It's all just noise to keep people distracted. If conservative judges keep declaring the ACA illegal or unconstitutional, it keeps the ACA in peoples' minds, and then conservative politicians can keep bringing it up every election year. Once the ACA falls out of the news cycle and people stop hearing about how it is bankrupting the country or a gateway program to Socialism or whatever craziness that conservatives have cooked up to fight against it, and they realize that hey, maybe it isn't such a bad idea for our neighbors and fellow countrymen and countrywomen to have access to health care, then it ceases to be a hot-button issue. It's why conservative politicians keep going after Roe vs Wade and gay marriage and all of the other things that get conservatives riled up, because they need their voter based pissed off and fighting against something rather than seeing that the sky isn't falling and it isn't the end of days. That's all the Republicans have right now, which is the righteous fury of its constituents, because they sure aren't bringing anything to the table policy-wise that would be beneficial to the country.

but you see? it's brilliant!
if the foundation is dissolved, it doesn't exist -- so therefore nothing to investigate! nothing illegal could have happened, it doesn't exist anymore.

There's not going to be a wall.. it was never a practical idea... it was juts a boogeyman to rile up people not smart enough to realize how dumb an idea it is. Trump constantly bringing it up is simply so when he campaigns for re-election he can talk about how it's the Democrats fault we don't have a wall.

There's always something trivial to get outraged about. Currently, there's a lot of people outraged that people are offended by Rudolph … without actually knowing anyone offended by Rudolph.

So I can now say I approve of one of President Trumps actions: the banning of bump stocks.
I'd prefer more comprehensive gun control but I'll take what I can get at this stage.

I've promised to give credit when credit is due, so I will do so for Jared Kushner's actions in helping get a monumental prison and sentencing overhaul bill, the First Step Act, a bipartisan effort sponsored by representatives Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) and Doug Collins (R-GA), through the House and Senate. It will reduce federal prison sentences as well as offer real, immediate benefits for those currently incarcerated.
It passed the Senate 87-12 last night and is on its way to POTUS Donald J. Trump's desk for signature before the holidays.
