It occurs to me there have not been sufficient pictures of Derek Jeter on this thread. Just so that any guests who might stumble upon whats been written here are not confused by who we all have been talking about. She's got a heck of an arm, that was an impressive throw...and who knows, maybe they can sell the ball to Todd McFarlane for a few mill, I hear he pays a lot for baseballs hit by overrated ballplayers..... -M |

Sadly that immobile carving would have had better defensive metrics than Jeter if the Yanks had played it at short all season instead of the real DJ....

Indeed, but we already know that Ish & his ilk don't believe in metrics, because they don't support their childlike illusions about Jeter being an even remotely adequate SS.
It's actually sort of charming, if a bit sickening.

I don't think anyone would expect anything from the cesspool of humanity that is New Joisey. Alabama, Arkansas, West Virginia almost look like Golden Age Athens in comparison.
