LOL, I'm falling behind, there's so much here! Some thoughts: Love seeing Bob Conrad--what a character! Great pics of him and Ross Martin from WWW.
Maureen O'Hara--a favorite as mentioned--ever-lovely in green
You (MG) and Berk mentioned Barbara Bach--would love to see some pics of her from The Spy Who Loved Me , if you have any.
Roger Moore was the funniest Bond--I mean that in a good way. Dalton should have been better as Bond, he certainly looked the part.
Btw Moore's autobiography, My Word is My Bond, is a suprisingly good read. I wasn't expecting much from it but he writes very engagingly about the mid-20th century English film industry (Moore was an extra in the Rains-Leigh-Granger-Robson Caesar and Cleopatra), Hollywood TV (the show with Tony Curtis), Hollywood films, etc.

Gloria Grahame
Sadly designated to B-noir films, the demure Grahame was a stunner with a her great Oscar winning performance in The Bad and the Beautiful. Also noted films: It's a Wonderful Life, Crossfire, Macao, The Big Heat, Oklahoma! and Sudden Fear

Matter of fact - I only have 5 pictures of Barbara Bach and give a day or two to get them ready for posting.

I missed The Spy Who Loved Me when it came out and in fact never saw it until a couple years ago when a local theatre was showing a bunch of Bond films. It's a typical Roger Moore Bond film, and by those standards one of the best, I'd say, especially the first half or two-thirds. I was very impressed by Barbara Bach - too bad they kind of wrote her character out of the film for the last bit, where she's pretty much just the damsel in distress. But before then she did a great job, especially considering she had had very little acting experience before this film, AFAIR.

Micheal Keaton as Batman with Jack Nicholson as the Joker 1989 MovieHis Arch Nemesis - The Joker! This movie will always have a special place - because I was in awe of how well it's hold up all these years and Jack Nicholson was sensational as the Joker. I wished that they did not kill the character at the end of the movie. That picture of Keaton above with the Bat Signal will ever make a permanent image in my mind. I know that some of you think Heath Ledger was sensational as the Joker in the Christian Bale Movies as the Dark Knight of Gotham City - But I think that Ledger is too wild for my own taste and the Joker in this Movie more true of the early days of Batman Comics and I did not care for the makeup on Heath. I have a hard time deciding who is the best Joker in the Batman Movies ... but Jack did a terrific job doing so. Enjoy these photos!

Lupe Velez
One of the earliest stars of Hollywood. Her marriage to Tarzan actor & Olympic champ Jonny Weissmuller lasted 6 years and her affairs with Clark Gable, Charlie Chaplin and Gary Cooper are legendary. Known as "The Mexican Spitfire" her career was cut short at the age of 36.

Lupe Velez was hilarious! Have you ever seen The Mexican Spitfire's Baby? I saw it on AMC in the 1990s and I saw it again on TCM last year and it was as funny as ever.
She's also Jimmy Durante's wife in the movie-within-the-movie in Hollywood Party, a weird and often funny movie that also features Laurel and Hardy and the Three Stooges.
And then there's the looney Wheeler and Woolsey movie High Flyers, where she does some on-the-nose impressions of celebrities like Simone Simon.
Incredibly talented with some great B-comedies in her filmography.

Beautiful, Smart, and Talented Hedy LamarrNot only she was talented on the big screen - Hedy Lamarr co-invented the technology for spread spectrum and frequency hopping communications with composer George Antheil. This new technology became important to America's military during World War II because it was used in controlling torpedoes. Those inventions have more recently been incorporated into Wi-Fi, CDMA and Bluetooth technology, and led to her being inducted into the National Inventors Hall of Fame in 2014.
