Why did the chicken cross the Möbius strip? To get to the same side. Hm, yes. But would the chicken actually perceive that it had 'crossed' anything? It simply set out to take a walk and did so.
By the way, that reminds me of that joke list that used to get e-mail forwarded in the days before social media. You know, the one in which various famous people (writers, scientists, philosophers, politicians, etc.) are asked why the chicken crossed the road. My all-time absolute favorite has always been Ernest Hemingway's response: To die. In the rain. Alone.
