I'm going to be continuing this sometime soon (in theory, anyway...) and I was wondering what you guys would think about a video review rather than a written review. I see pros and cons, but I was thinking about recording a video where I discuss the next couple of stories rather than writing it out. Thoughts? I'm a lot less likely to watch a video than to read a normal post. It takes more focused attention, and requires turning off other sources of sound. I'm sure I'd enjoy the video when I got around to making time to watch it, so it might be worth experimenting with for some things.

I like the idea of trying something new and stirring the pot. That being said, I'm in the same boat as Rob Allen. I'd rather not be forced to give it my focused attention for a specific length of time. I will tune in, regardless of which way you go on this, though. I miss this thread a ton.

Like Rob Allen and shax, I prefer being able to dip in and out of this. I know that I am far less likely to watch a video than just read posts.

I can go either way honestly, having watched many reviewers myself. I suppose you should do video if you really having a lot to say and show for contextual purposes so as to not risk making posts too long and clunky, but it’s up to you of course.
