Good idea.
I have so many ideas of what I'd like to see. Hawkman in Asgard. Green Lantern and Nova teaming up. A third Superman/Spider-Man team-up. And Batman VS The Sinister Six!

The Sinister Six annihilating Batman?! Never. But if you don't like that idea, perhaps we could simply have a comic where Batman - alone! - defeats Galactus!

Well, any comic in which anyone defeats Galactus by any means is straining credulity. That's his role-- the supposedly unbeatable foe. Yet he's been thwarted any number of times by characters from Fantastic Four to ROM to Squirrel Girl.

Would I be safe to presume the Squirrel Girl tale is non-canonical? It doesn't seem right somehow...

There’s no way it’s canon.

There’s no way it’s canon. You’ll have to read it! Or wait for my eventual thread...

Never underestimate Squirrel Power! I like the idea of Hawkman in Asgard! Or better yet Hawkmen (and Hawkwomen)... Thanagar and Asgard at war?

Yep, Becca, I am thinking of a Thanagar/Asgard War. I can imagine some artists who could do it justice.

Maybe I’m missing something, I always considered Hawkman a D list hero. It would sell 20 copies.

Whether someone is D-list or not is all in the eye of beholder.

No offense, @taxidriver1980, but it would affect the management decision to proceed with the project. As an aside, I have the entire 66 issue Johns run. It had a nice lineup of artists from Rags Morales to Howard Chaykin.

D list??? That would be more like never had their own regular title to me. Hawkman was the co-feature of Flash Comics throughout the '40s, had his own title for 27 issues in the '60s not counting 6 Brave & Bold solo issues, then shared a comic with The Atom for a few more issues, three issues of Showcase in the '70s... so just a peg below Aquaman or The Sub-Mariner. C list to me would be The Creeper, Metamorpho, Mister Miracle, Metal Men or Hawk & Dove, and D list... I'd reserve that for The Human Target or Anthro or somesuch. So he'd be a B list to Thor's A list to me. YMMV. And Thor is A list as he was never without his own title as far as I know since first appearing.
Maybe the best (certainly legally easiest) way to do such cross-overs though is like the Imperial Guard in the '70s X-Men or The Squadron Supreme in Avengers... disguised versions of the Legion and JLA.
